The digi fill used a gear pump concept as a metering device to fill correct amount of gels or liquid into containers.
The volume , speed, the time between of filling can be designed.
Each filling can be fast first and slow later, bubble can be eliminated.
Human interface is achieved using a cobined keypad and LCD display configuration.
20 sizes data can be stored.
Pump unit easily dismantled for cleaning.

1. Is your machine suitable for thick/sticky/high Viscosity liquids filling?
Yes, our machine can fill both high viscosity liquids and non-sticky liquids. For the viscosity, please refer to honey, if your liquids viscosity not more than honey. It is no problem. If your liquids is thicker than honey, then we also have cream/sauce filling machine for you.

LCL and FCL by sea, by express (DHL, TNT, UPS) and by air.

6. What is the lead time ?
Generally if we have stock, we will deliver the machine in one week. If it need custom made,the lead time will be around 20-50 days which depends on the real situation.
