1. What about lead time?
For standard machines, it will be 3-5 working days after payment
For customized machines, it will be 10 to 15 working days after payment.
2. What is your warranty time?
12 months wanrranty for whole machine, 36 months for motor part
within warranty period ,we will offer free part and maintain video, or can teach you face-to-face.
If machine have serious quality problem, you can return the machine.
3. Can i use my own logo?
Yes, sure. Please send us picture or logo in PDF/PSD etc format.
4. Own shipper to deliver is ok?
Yes, please ask your shipper to contact us first because we need to double check the local fee.
